These Terms & Conditions govern participation in Silva Method workshops and programs offered through silvamethodpakistan.com. By registering for any program or workshop, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

Silva Method programs and workshops are educational mind training programs designed to teach structured mental techniques for relaxation, focus, emotional balance, and intuitive development.

These programs are not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or psychological services. Participation is voluntary and requires personal commitment, discipline, and practice. Individual results may vary and are not guaranteed.

2. Registration & Eligibility

Registration for any Silva Method workshop or program is subject to:

  • Completion of the registration form

  • Meeting eligibility and prerequisite requirements (where applicable)

  • Seat availability

  • Confirmation by our team

We reserve the right to accept, defer, or decline registrations if prerequisites are not met or if a program is deemed unsuitable for a participant.

Registration is considered confirmed only after payment verification.

3. Program Format & Delivery

Programs may be conducted in online or in-person format, as specified at the time of registration.

Online Workshops

  • Access links and instructions are shared via WhatsApp and/or email

  • Links are typically shared 24–48 hours before the first session

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring adequate internet access and compatible devices

In-Person Workshops

  • Venue details are shared prior to the event

  • Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation unless stated otherwise

4. Attendance & Participation

Participants are expected to:

  • Attend sessions on time

  • Participate respectfully and responsibly

  • Follow instructions and guidelines provided during training

Failure to attend, partial attendance, late arrival, or early departure does not entitle a participant to refunds, credits, transfers, or replacement sessions.

5. Payments

Payments may be made via:

  • Secure third-party credit/debit card payment gateways

  • Bank transfer, as instructed by our team

We do not store, process, or retain credit card information on this website.

6. Workshop Recordings

For online workshops, recordings may be provided where applicable for a limited access period of 24 hours only.

Recording access:

  • Is provided strictly for personal review

  • May not be downloaded, copied, shared, or redistributed

  • Will not be extended beyond the stated availability period

No exceptions or extensions will be granted.

7. Certificates

Silva Method certificates are issued by The Silva Method, USA, upon successful completion of the workshop.

  • Certificate names will be issued exactly as provided in the registration form

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring correct spelling, formatting, and titles at the time of registration

Once a certificate has been issued:

  • No free corrections will be made

  • Any changes to name spelling, formatting, or titles will be subject to an additional administrative charge

  • Certificates will not be reissued without payment of the applicable fee

8. Refunds, Transfers & Non-Attendance

All registrations are final and non-refundable once confirmed.

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for:

  • Failure to attend the workshop

  • Partial attendance or missed sessions

  • Late arrival or early departure

  • Change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts

  • Lack of participation or expected results

Registrations are not transferable to another person or to a future workshop if a participant does not attend for any reason.

Refunds will be considered only if a workshop is cancelled by us.
In the event of a postponement, participants may be offered the option to attend the rescheduled workshop at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All Silva Method materials, content, presentations, techniques, recordings, and training resources are protected by copyright.

Participants may not record, reproduce, copy, distribute, share, or resell any materials without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

silvamethodpakistan.com, its trainers, representatives, and affiliates are not responsible for personal, professional, emotional, or financial outcomes resulting from participation in any program or workshop.

Participants accept full responsibility for the application of techniques learned during training.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify:

  • Workshop schedules

  • Program formats

  • These Terms & Conditions

Participants will be informed of significant changes where applicable. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a registration form, making payment, or attending a Silva Method workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
