Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all Silva Method workshops and programs offered through SilvaMethodPakistan.com. By submitting a registration form, making payment, or attending any workshop, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.
1. Registration Confirmation
Submission of a registration form does not constitute confirmation of registration.
Registration for any Silva Method workshop or program is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully credited into our account and verified by our team.
For payments made via bank transfer, processing and clearance times may vary depending on the banking institution. Delays in bank processing, pending transfers, or proof of transfer do not guarantee seat reservation, confirmation, or priority access.
Seats are not reserved, and workshop access details are not shared until payment has been fully credited and confirmed.
2. General Refund Policy
All registrations are final and non-refundable once payment has been credited and registration has been confirmed.
Refunds, credits, or adjustments will not be provided for any reason other than those explicitly stated in this policy.
3. No Refunds for Non-Attendance
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided under any circumstances for:
Failure to attend the workshop
Partial attendance or missed sessions
Late arrival or early departure
Change of mind
Personal, professional, or scheduling conflicts
Technical issues on the participant’s side
Dissatisfaction based on expectations or perceived results
Non-attendance does not entitle a participant to a refund, credit, transfer, or replacement session.
4. No Transfers
Registrations are strictly non-transferable.
Participants may not:
Transfer their registration to another person
Transfer to another workshop, batch, or future program
Substitute attendance with another individual
No exceptions will be made for non-attendance or personal circumstances.
5. Workshop Cancellation or Postponement
Refunds will be considered only if a workshop is cancelled by us.
In the event of a postponement:
Participants may be offered the option to attend the rescheduled workshop
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled at our discretion
We are not responsible for costs incurred by participants related to travel, accommodation, internet access, or personal arrangements.
6. Recording Access
Where workshop recordings are provided:
Access is limited to 24 hours only
Recording access is provided for personal review purposes
No extensions, refunds, or credits will be issued due to missed sessions or inability to access recordings
Recording access does not affect refund eligibility.
7. Administrative & Certificate Charges
Any administrative work requested after registration confirmation may be subject to additional charges.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Certificate name corrections
Reissuance of certificates
Changes requested after certificate issuance
Administrative charges are non-refundable.
8. Acceptance of Policy
By submitting a registration form, making payment, or attending a Silva Method workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
